KOHS Volleyball Camp
Date: June 12-15
Time: 4-6pm, 3rd-5th grade
6-8pm, 6th-8th grade
Location: KOHS

Sport Specific Instruction (SSI)
​Date: Tuesday - Wednesday, June-July​​
Time: 10:00-11:00, 9th-12th grade

Sessions:
The first session will consist of conditioning, weight lifting, and fundamental skills. The second session will be game-like volleyball based drills. For these days, please wear black spandex, shorts or leggings and the following colored T-shirt:
Freshmen: Grey T-shirt
Sophomores: White T-shirt
Juniors: Gold/Yellow T-shirt
Seniors: Black T-Shirt
Please bring your kneepads, shoes, ankle braces, etc. to both sessions.
If I Make The Team
Athletic Periods: FA/FB (6th), JV/V (7th)
Game Days: Tuesdays and Fridays
Tournaments: Thursdays-Saturdays
Mandatory Practice: After School till 5:30
Expected Costs: Practice Shirts, Shoes,Socks, Spandex, etc.
All summer activities are not required but highly encouraged!
All in season activities are required, beginning July 31. Any missed days will result in consequences
